Clinical Practice:

• Provides direct patient care withinStandard Operating Procedure (SOP).
• Demonstrates knowledge and clinical assessment skills appropriate to clinical area.
• Documents nursing interactions in patient’s clinical record and ensures confidentiality.
• Promotes continuity of patient care through verbal and written communication.
• Takes direct and appropriate action in urgent and emergency situations.
• Completes assigned responsibilities within established organizational, departmental, and divisional specific guidelines, policies, procedures, standards, and protocols.
• Demonstrates effective communication and collaboration skills when interacting with patients/families, colleagues, other health care team members, and staff of other departments.

- Administration work such as panel claim, notify KKM and etc
