Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Coordination:
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing construction and development projects from inception to completion.
• Work closely with consultants, contractors, site teams, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
• Technical Supervision:
• Monitor site progress and ensure works are carried out according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Attend site meetings, perform inspections, and solve technical issues on-site promptly.
• Documentation & Reporting:
• Prepare technical reports, progress updates, and other project-related documentation.
• Maintain accurate site records, project schedules, and quality assurance documents.
• Cost & Quality Control:
• Support in managing project budgets and controlling costs while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and propose mitigation plans.
• Language Requirement:
• Communicate effectively in Mandarin (spoken and written) with China-based contractors, suppliers, or stakeholders.
• Translate technical documents and correspondence between English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin when required.
• Compliance & Safety:
• Ensure compliance with local building regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.
• Support implementation of site safety programs and resolve safety-related issues.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of working experience in the property development or construction industry.
• Proficiency in Mandarin (both spoken and written) is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Able to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Possess strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
• Willing to work in Kedah and travel to site locations as needed.
• Able to start immediately or on short notice is highly preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
