Job Summary

Contributes to success by assisting the PIC in executing store operations during scheduled shifts. Attain to customer needs and give the best customer service and maintain the “We Make People Happy” for the customer. Responsible for modelling and acting in accordance with Baskin Robbins principles

Key Responsibilities

• Acts with integrity, honest and acknowledge that promote the culture, values and mission of Baskin Robbins.
• To provide excellent customer service and customer experience to Baskin Robbins customers
• To be able to understand the needs of the customer.
• To maintain the highest standard of product quality and hygiene.

Qualifications and Experience

• Min. SPM holders or Diploma in Hotel Management or its equivalent with 1 year of experience in operations management in F&B or food service industry.
• Articulate and able to communicate effectively across all functions and levels.

• Basic salary starts from RM1,700 but total gross remuneration is estimated around RM2,000 to RM2,400 or more, including basic salary, incentive pay, transport reimbursement, and overtime.
