Job Description

The General Ledger analyst must have technical accounting expertise to ensure timely and accurate month and year end close activities including review of financial results and statutory reporting compliance. The position will report to the Finance Manager.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Handle daily bank transactions, monitor incoming and outing funds.
• Perform month-end close activities for bank accounts.
• Prepare and present monthly account reconciliations.
• Prepare Bank and Reimbursement related reportings.
• Perform audit on Employee Reimbursement.
• Assist internal and external audit.
• Handle ad-hoc projects assigned by various business parties

Qualifications

REQUIRED:

• This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration with 1 or more years of relevant experience.
• The ideal individual must have proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proficiency in English is a must
• Self-motivated and self-directed, however, must have demonstrated ability to work well with people as a team member.
• Ability to work well with multiple teams and different cultures.

PREFERRED:

• Experience with SAP/ Oracle is preferred.

SKILLS:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent Excel, PPT skills.
