Jawatan Kosong Telemarketing Representative in Mont Kiara

Ringkasan Jawatan:

We are seeking a highly motivated Telemarketing Executive to join our team in Kuala Lumpur.

Tanggungjawab Utama:

- Conduct outbound telephonic outreach to prospective clients using the company’s database

- Assess client requirements and propose appropriate financial products

- Deliver expert guidance on managing loan repayments and debt solutions

- Foster strong client relationships to promote loyalty and retention

- Continuously update knowledge on the financial offerings available

Kelayakan:

- At least SPM certificate required

- New graduates are welcome to apply

- Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Chinese

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- Driven and motivated to earn high levels of income

- Familiarity with computers is essential

- Relevant experience will be an advantage

- Must be available to start immediately or on short notice

Faedah:

- Contributions to EPF & SOCSO

- Entitlement to annual leave

- 5 working days per week (Monday – Friday, 10am – 6pm)

- Base salary plus appealing commission structure

- Office located in Publika, Dutamas (Kuala Lumpur)

Waktu Bekerja:

Full-time hours with a standard work schedule

Gaji:

Basic Salary: RM2,500

Commission: 0.8% – 1% on loan amounts

Average earnings (base + commission): RM3,000 – RM8,000+ monthly
