Jawatan Kosong ACCOUNT ASSISTANT in Kota Bharu

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Handle daily accounting and administration functions.

* Prepare and ensure all statutory payments are paid timely and accurately.

* To issue invoices, credit notes, debit notes, etc.

* Keep track and follow up on debtor’s outstanding payments.

* Keep track and follow up on creditor’s outstanding payments.

* To check and summarize of staff claims.

* Reconsile sales for outlets

* Review and ensure all expenses, invoices, payments, accruals, and journal entries are recorded with the correct double entries in SQL for the preparation of balance sheets and financial statements.

* Ensure that financial transactions are properly updated and recorded.

* Assist with month-end close processes and provide support for audits.

* Other functions as required by the management to be assigned from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay

- Proficiency in accounting software SQL and MS Excel for data analysis

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
