About the Job

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in end-to-end recruitment and a passion for identifying and securing top talent. Experience or willingness to contribute to Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives is a plus. The company was founded in January 2014, and is a leading provider in the forwarding and logistics industry, catering to prestigious international clients. Their primary focus is on meeting the global sourcing and supply chain management needs of our customers. With a robust network of over 100 agent partners worldwide, we ensure comprehensive and efficient logistics solutions.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment life cycle, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing and hiring.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements and team needs.
• Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and make hiring recommendations.
• Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
• Participate in employer branding initiatives to promote the company as an employer of choice.
• (Bonus) Assist in designing and delivering Learning & Development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.

Qualifications & Experiences Needed

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• Proven experience in talent acquisition handling end to end recruitment and learning & development.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• A proactive and results-oriented mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
