Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day administrative tasks
• Maintain and update systematic and proper physical and digital filing systems.
• Handle basic accounting tasks such as invoicing, billing, and processing payments.
• To perform any other duties and responsibilities as and when necessary on an ad-hoc basis

Requirements and skills

• Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma qualification or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply this role.
• Good in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
