Job Responsibilities:
1. Ensure all works are carried out according to specification and time frame
2. Perform Routine Inspection twice a week by using OE-Mobile, prepare and submit monthly Routine Inspection Report to client.
3. Perform and witness joint inspection, measurement and testing
4. Prepare and verify main claims to client
5. Check and verify Subcontractor claims
6. Prepare and verify all documents for Certification of Making Good Defect (CMGD) claims
7. Assess the performance of Subcontractors
8. Prepare business proposal for periodic pavement and non pavement work
9. Attend immediately on customer complaints and Non Conformance Report (NCR) and immediately implement corrective and preventive actions
10. Maintain and update Road Inventory record and all Quality records
11. Attend subcontractors meeting and other meetings as instructed by Area Manager
12. Liaise and establish conductive working relationship with client, subcontractors, supplier and public
13. Supervise and control utilization of company’s assets and facilities in accordance to the company’s regulation and guideline
14. Perform other duties instructed by the superior from time to time
Job Specifications:
Diploma in Civil Engineering
Site supervisor at site(maintenance)COW for min 1 year experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,100.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
