Jawatan Kosong PHYSIOTHERAPIST in Kota Bharu

Key Responsibilities:

1. Patient Assessment:

• Evaluate patients’ physical abilities, limitations, and pain levels through various assessment tools and techniques.

• Develop an individualized treatment plan tailored to each patient’s specific needs and rehabilitation goals.

2. Treatment Planning and Implementation:

• Use physical therapy techniques, exercises, and equipment to improve patient mobility and strength.

• Educate patients on therapeutic exercises, self-care practices, and lifestyle modifications.

• Administer manual therapy, ultrasound, electrotherapy, and other treatment methods as appropriate.

3. Progress Monitoring:

• Regularly monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.

• Communicate progress, setbacks, and discharge plans with patients and their families.

4. Collaboration and Communication:

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

• Provide advice and support on injury prevention, workplace ergonomics, and safe movement techniques.

5. Administrative Duties:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy or related field; a Master’s degree is an advantage.

• Valid license to practice as a physiotherapist.

• Excellent interpersonal skills and a patient-centered approach.

• Physical stamina and ability to assist with lifting or supporting patients when necessary.

• Less than 2 years experience
