Key Duties:

• Oversee daily operations of the gas station to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
• Manage stock levels, coordinate deliveries, and ensure accurate inventory control.
• Monitor and maintain station equipment and facilities, ensuring they are in good working order and comply with safety standards.
• Recruit, train, and supervise station staff, including cashiers, attendants, and maintenance personnel.
• Ensure staff adhere to company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.
• Ensure customer service excellence and implement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Manage station finances, including cash handling, daily reconciliations, and deposit of funds.
• Prepare and submit financial reports as required by the head office.
• Ensure the station complies with all government and authorities’ health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Monitor sales performance and develop strategies to achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Experience in managing the daily operations of petrol station is highly preferred.
• 2-3 years of working experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in retail or service industries.
• Local candidates based in Marang, Terengganu are highly preferred.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
