Job Description

• No cold calling for leads. Just approach our ready and warm customers
• Outbound Telesales, cross selling to existing customers
• Educate customers on the benefits of the products and services
• A prepared script to immediate kickstart your communication to influence customers and define eligibility
• Follow organizational standards to maintain quality service
• Contribute to team effort by working effectively with others
• Approach supervisor with any questions, concerns or troubleshooting issues

Job Requirements

• Good communication skills, telephone etiquette, patience, persuasion,
• Excellent teamwork
• Good interpersonal and selling skills
• Ability to work under minimal supervision
• Great sense of humour and fun!

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
