Position: Restaurant Supervisor (for NON-HALAL RESTAURANT)

Location: Sutera Avenue, Sembulan.

Job responsibilities:

• Fully responsible for the daily operation and management of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, service supervision, and quality control of dishes.
• Formulate and implement the restaurant's marketing strategy to enhance the restaurant's visibility and turnover.
• Handle customer complaints to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Train and coach staff to improve team service level and work efficiency.

Job Requirements:

• Academic qualification: Minimum SPM
• Able to communicate in Mandarin.
• At least 2 years’ experience in restaurant management and familiar with restaurant operation process.
• Possess excellent leadership and team building skills.
• Possess good communication and co-ordination skills and resilience.
• Have a strong sense of marketing and customer service.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
