Jawatan Kosong Housekeeping Supervisor in George Town

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Prepare room assignment for room attendants on a daily basis
• Supervise housekeeping operation to ensure rooms and public areas are cleaned on a timely basis
• Prepare rooms for arrivals and accommodate for special requests
• Monitor room attendants performance, ensure room is prepared according to the standard operating procedure
• Supervise public area staff performance, ensure job done in accordance to the standard operating procedure
• Check on defects while inspecting room and report to maintenance team for repair work to be done
• Maintain a proper record system on room inventory and lost and found item
• Conduct housekeeping trainings from time to time
• Preparing necessary reports as assigned by the Housekeeping Manager

JOB REQUIREMENT

• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• To be flexible and work extra hours or days off according to business.
• Responsible, reliable and committed.
