BIOCHEM LABORATORIES SDN BHD is currently open for vacancies for

Position : Sales & Marketing Executive (based in Penang & Selangor)

Job Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute sales strategies to promote laboratory testing and occupational health services.
• Identify potential clients and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Coordinate with technical and laboratory teams to prepare quotations, proposals, and service recommendations.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and tender opportunities to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Plan and manage marketing campaigns, social media presence, and promotional events.
• Conduct market research to identify business opportunities and industry trends.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and marketing activities to management
• Follow up on customer payment schedules and assist Finance with payment collection

Job Requirements :

• Diploma or Degree in Science, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in sales or marketing. (Experience in laboratory or industrial services is an advantage.)
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Willing to travel for client visits
