JOB SCOPE

To prepare billing (Invoice, Credit Note, Debit Note and prepare documents (Shipping Documents) for completed services within given timeline.

To key in and verify vendors invoice into accounting systems.

To ensure all billing are done accurately

To work with other department to ensure accuracy and task are done in a timely manner

Other Ad-hoc task will be given if necessary.

Requirements

Minimum LCCI or other accounting/bookkeeping certificates/degrees or degree in other field.

Female

Computer Literate

Able to read and write well in English & Malay

Ability to converse in Mandarin will be an added advantage

Remuneration:

Expected Monthly Income: 2,500.00 - 3,000.00
