In this role, you’re expected to:

• The Asset Servicing Analyst 1 is a trainee professional role.
• Requires a good knowledge of the range of processes, procedures and systems to be used in carrying out assigned tasks and a basic understanding of the underlying concepts and principles upon which the job is based.
• Good understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area.
• Makes evaluative judgements based on the analysis of factual information. They are expected to resolve problems by identifying and selecting solutions through the application of acquired technical experience and will be guided by precedents.
• Must be able to exchange information in a concise and logical way as well as be sensitive to audience diversity.
• Limited but direct impact on the business through the quality of the tasks/services provided. Impact of the job holder is restricted to own job.

• The Asset Servicing Analyst 2 is a developing professional role.
• Applies specialty area knowledge in monitoring, assessing, analyzing and/or evaluating processes and data. Identifies policy gaps and formulates policies. Interprets data and makes recommendations.
• Researches and interprets factual information. Identifies inconsistencies in data or results, defines business issues and formulates recommendations on policies, procedures or practices. Integrates established disciplinary knowledge within own specialty area with basic understanding of related industry practices.
• Good understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the objectives of the area. Develops working knowledge of industry practices and standards.
• Limited but direct impact on the business through the quality of the tasks/services provided. Impact of the job holder is restricted to own team.

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

• For Junior 2+ Years & for Senior 3-4 Years Related Experience
• Relevant Degree or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated project management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage to deadlines
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
• Attention to detail and intermediate problem solving skills
• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
