HR Intern – Job Description

Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support the Human Resource department in daily administrative tasks, recruitment activities, and employee engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in posting job vacancies, screening applications, and arranging interviews.
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including document preparation and coordination.
• Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR databases.
• Assist in preparing HR reports, memos, and internal communication.
• Participate in planning and executing employee engagement activities.
• Handle general HR administrative duties as required.
• Ensure confidentiality and professionalism when handling HR information.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Strong interest in HR functions and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask, organized, and detail-oriented.
