Jawatan Kosong NETWORK OFFICER in Kota Bharu

Job Description:

• Assist in drop point and gateway day to day operation, this includes track and monitor parcel movement and handle problematic parcels
• Ensure standard operation procedures set by Company are followed by drop point and gateway
• Conduct regular visitation or inspections to drop point and gateway
• Manage and feedback to customer complaints within timeframe
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly related reports to management
• Assist in any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree in any field or equivalent
• Preferably candidate with minimum 1 year experience in logistic, quality control, quality assurance or related field
• Excellent problem solving skills and communications skills
• Innovative, self-motivated, and proactive in work
• Able to work in pressured and fast pace environment
• Computer literate with Microsoft Office: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Power Point, etc
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin will be added advantage
• Own Transportation and willing to travel
• Willing to work on weekends and public holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
