Join Our Team: Receptionist Wanted! Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service? We're on the lookout for a dynamic individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist cum Housekeeper!

Location: [AnyLodge Waterfront Marina Island Pangkor]

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors with a warm and welcoming attitude
• Manage reservations online & walk-ins, check-ins and check-outs
• Conduct housekeeping and room services
• Handle phone calls and inquiries professionally
• Assist guests with inquiries, complaints, requests, and facilitating their needs.
• Communicate with Houskeeping team for room cleaning

Requirements:

• Available to work shifts, over weekends, and on public holidays.
• Good in writing and speaking in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible & able to work with a team
• Proficient in handling phone and basic computer systems
• Experienced in related field is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 per month
