Credit Consumer Collections (Contract Flexi Hours)

As part of the expanded Credit Consumer Collections team at HLB you can enjoy the perks of working from the comfort of your home. If you are looking for a role with a flexi working hours and are able to commit a minimum of 4 hours a week, we would highly encourage you to apply below.

Your role will be to perform reminder calls to Credit Consumers as an initiative for credit recovery and advice on repayment options.

Role Descriptions:

• To perform calls to existing Credit consumers.
• To meet the daily productivity and call quality requirements.
• To ensure strict adherence to all policies, procedures, BNM guidelines, compliance, information security.

Requirements:

• Malaysian citizen;
• Applicants must meet the required minimum age of 18 years old.
• Fluent in English, Malay, Mandarin or any other language/dialects.
• Excellent verbal communication, negotiation and people skills.
• Able to commit to a minimum of 4 hours a week.
• Able to attend training sessions conducted at Hong Leong Bank, PJ City Office.
• Must own a stable Wi-Fi connection and a conducive workspace at home.
• Previous work experience in customer service, sales, collections or related fields will be an added advantage.
