We are searching for a reliable Environmental Officer to join our capable team of professionals.

Job Responsibilities:

1.Develop and implement environmental policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local regulations and international standards.
2.Conduct environmental audits and assessments to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement.
3. Monitor and analyze environmental data, such as air and water quality, to assess the impact of operations and recommend corrective actions.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to integrate environmental considerations into business strategies and decision-making processes.
5. Provide training and support to employees on environmental best practices and regulatory requirements.
6.Liaise with regulatory agencies and stakeholders to maintain positive relationships and stay informed about emerging environmental issues.
7. Participate in the development and implementation of sustainability initiatives to reduce environmental footprint and promote corporate social responsibility.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of one (1-3) years of experience in environmental management or a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of environmental regulations and legislation in Malaysia.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret environmental data and identify trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and collaborate with clients and consultant at all levels.
• Proven project management abilities, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and environmental management software.
• Certification in Environmental Management Systems (EMS) or relevant professional accreditation is preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
