Job Title: Customer Service Representative -Healthcare | Russian speaker
Job Role:
- Take call and provide accurate answers to customer queries.
- Delivery excellent customer support & services and always offering patient assistance.
- Respond to customer’s inquiries over knowledge acquired through training (client product, continuous improvement, and refresher courses).
- Deliver customers support & services effectively through active communications.
- Meet and exceed all key performance indicators set by the company and the client.
- Adhere to given works roster including but not limited to weekends, public holidays, split off and rest day due to business requirement.
- Adhere to Call flow procedure & Processes as well as requirement of Quality Assurance.
- Abide to De-escalation processes that involve dissatisfied customers.
◎Requirements◎
Bachelor Degree holder
Min 6 months exp in customer service healthcare exp in an advantage
With good English comms skills +Russian
Language: Russian speaker (Native or Non-Native can apply)
DOJ: End of OctoberPay: RM7700 + KPI + night shift allowance
Location: KL sentral, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Schedule: 8 pm to 8 am Sun-Mon
