Jawatan Kosong RESTAURANT CREW BOAT NOODLE EAST COAST MALL, KUANTAN in Kuantan

1. Standard Kebersihan:

• Menetapkan dan mengekalkan standard kebersihan yang tinggi di semua kawasan penyediaan makanan.

2. Sokongan Operasi:

• Memberikan bantuan kepada operasi semasa waktu puncak.

3. Pengurusan Inventori:

• Memastikan buku inventori peralatan F&B sentiasa dikemaskini.

4. Kawalan Serangga:

• Mengekalkan semua kawasan F&B bebas dari serangga pada setiap masa.

5. Tugas Pembersihan:

• Membersihkan kawasan penyediaan makanan, kemudahan, dan peralatan.
• Mengendalikan dan menyelenggara peralatan dan alat pembersihan, termasuk mesin pencuci pinggan, stesen basuh tangan, stesen penyental periuk, dan pemadat sampah.
• Membasuh dan membasmi kawasan dapur dan stor, meja, alat, pisau, dan peralatan.

6. Pengurusan Stok:

• Menerima penghantaran, menyimpan barang mudah rosak dengan betul, dan memutarkan stok. Memastikan perkakas bersih disimpan di kawasan yang sesuai.

7. Melaksanakan tugas dan tanggungjawab lain yang diberikan oleh penyelia, yang membawa kepada kepuasan pelanggan dan keuntungan bagi premis.
