About the Role Responsible to find opportunities through insight from data, driving healthcare analytics related initiatives, leverage on BI tools and analytics techniques for actionable insights to senior management team to implement business decisions, operation efficiency and cost containment. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Conduct analysis for medical inflation, cost driver and healthcare KPI metrics such as of loss ratio, claim severity & frequency.
• Utilize data visualization tools to communicate findings and insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Apply statistical techniques to identify patterns, trends and anomalies in large and complex datasets related to financial and operation problem statements.
• Streamline and development of self-service BI/Reporting Platforms through automation.
• Handle key business and performance metrics, conduct analysis and investigations on result to improve efficiency and opportunities.
• Work with data team to gather and preprocess relevant data from various sources, ensuring its accuracy and quality and continuously strengthening analytics & insights capabilities.
• Support AI/ML solutions and output, evaluate alternative solutions for operations consumption.

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Degree graduate (or above) in numerate discipline e.g., Actuarial Science, Economics, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistic, or Computer Science.
• A least 5 years of related working experience in analytic roles or relevant fields. Experience in Insurance Operations or Healthcare analytics would be a plus.
• Exposure to data analytics project lifecycle (data requirement, extraction, exploration, transformation, development, implementation, insights).
• Proficient in SQL programming or other database query tools and strong capability with dashboard tools including Power BI and Tableau.
• Strong knowledge of data models, mining, segmentation, machine learning techniques and algorithms will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and presentation skill with the ability to articulating findings insights to stakeholders and senior management.
• Adaptive to change and flexible in an evolving, fast-paced, and high-pressure working environment.
