The Digital Billing Executive is responsible for the operational execution, monitoring, and reconciliation of automated billing processes. This includes running scheduled automation scripts, ensuring successful completion, and initiating reconciliation procedures to verify data accuracy. The role requires meticulous process documentation, proactive incident management, and continuous improvement of operational workflows to support business objectives.

Make an Impact by:

• Automated Job Execution & Monitoring: Execute and monitor all scheduled automation scripts, ensuring completion and stability. Log job outcomes and promptly address exceptions or failures, escalating unresolved issues to relevant technical teams.

• Process Documentation: Maintain and update comprehensive documentation for all automation and reconciliation processes, including business rules, exception handling, and operational procedures.

• Reconciliation & Data Quality: Reconcile automated outputs with source data to ensure completeness and accuracy. Document discrepancies and corrective actions, and profile data to identify and resolve quality issues.

• Operational Support: Communication of process changes and automation impacts to stakeholders. Prepare supporting documentation for business unit projects, especially those involving automation or data transformation.

  
  

Skills for Success:

• Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in Finance/ Accounting/ IT/ Business or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of code development experience or experience in handling data via excel or SAP.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Proficiency in Phyton and MS Flow will be a plus.
• Work experience in data extraction and processing via scripts will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical skills, eye for detail and meticulous.
• Possess effective communication skills to deal with stakeholders.
• Able to write and communicate clearly in English.
