Job Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for experienced Staff Nurse at any of sixteen (16) IHH
Healthcare Malaysia hospitals. The Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing direct
patient care, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with vital
procedures. The candidate will collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and
implement care plans, maintain accurate medical records, and ensure patient safety and
comfort. The Staff Nurse will also provide knowledge and support to patients and their
families.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Nursing
• Registered with Lembaga Jururawat Malaysia (LJM).
• Possess latest Annual Practice Certificate (APC) license.
• Qualification in related Post Basic Nursing Certificate will be an added advantage.
• Possess Basic Life Support (BLS) Certificate.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification is a plus.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in hospital settings.
• Knowledge of medical procedures and protocols.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and in dynamic situations.
• Basic computer skills.
• Fluency in English and proficiency in local languages is preferred.
• Able to work shifts.
