Bertanggungjawap dalam menguruskan sistem jualan kedai (DYNAMODE)
Menyelenggara urusan database inventory
Menjaga sistem POS inventory supaya up-to-date dan mengikut standard yang diperlukan
Memastikan sistem berfungsi dengan baik di cawangan kedai
Mempunyai kemahiran komunikasi dan pengetahuan baik dalam operasi kedai dan sistem stor
Tanggungjawab
Terlibat dalam penyelesaian masalah dan decision-making urusan jualan
Bantu dalam kemaskini semakan harga, strategi dan pengurusan inventory produk dengan supervisor
Bertanggungjawap dalam pengurusan tunai termasuk penyediaan deposit bank, perubahan pesanan dan laporan jualan harian.
Mengurus dalam purchase requisition, purchase order dan penghantaran invois ke bahagian akaun untuk pembayaran
Membuat jadual penyelenggaraan jualan dengan penyelia cawangan
Membantu dalam membina Skop Operasi Standard (SOP) bersama dengan pengurus operasi
Membantu bahagian jualan mengikut keperluan
Memastikan staf kedai mengamalkan etika customer services yang bagu
