Evoscale Sdn Bhd Jobs April 2026

Customer Service and Incident Management:

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
• Handle complaints and escalate issues as necessary.
• Log all warranty claims and technical issues in the ticketing system.
• Monitor open tickets to ensure timely resolution and follow-up with customers.
• Keep customers informed of issue status, expected resolution times, and any delays.
• Collaborate with technical/sales teams to resolve the issues.
• Collect and report customer feedback for continuous improvement.

Admin & Sales Support:

• Assist sales team in preparing quotes and proposals.
• Assist with daily office tasks, such as filing, store/sort data and reports preparation.
• Assist technical team to prepare warranty claim reports to suppliers and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate records and timeline update on warranty claims and issues raised in ticketing system.
• Prepare necessary warranty claim reports/statistic for management.
• Assist in developing and improving customer service policies and procedures.

Skill & Requirement:

• Diploma in Business, Administration or related field.
• Experience in customer service and sales support roles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Good communication & problem solving skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Possess teamwork spirit, positive attitude, and good discipline.
• 1 - 3 years related working experience.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
