Jawatan Kosong Internship for Administration and Purchasing Department in Kuantan

Job Descriptions

• Provide administrative support to the Administration and Purchasing team.
• Assist in purchasing documentation, purchase orders, and supplier records.
• Support inventory tracking and coordination with internal departments.
• Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.
• Assist in data entry, report preparation, and documentation control.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties or tasks as assigned.
• Gain practical experience in administration and purchasing functions within a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent field
• 3 to 6 months internship
• Possess own transport is an advantage

Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8.00AM-5.00PM)

Work Location: Kuantan, Pahang

Job Types: Internship, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 3-6 months

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,200.00 per month
