Responsibilities:

• Prepare, compile, and submit tender documents on time
• Manage tender advertisements, deadlines, and submission schedules
• Coordinate with internal departments for required tender information
• Liaise with suppliers, clients, and relevant authorities when needed
• Deliver or collect tender documents when required
• Maintain proper filing and records for all tenders and contracts
• Assist in quotation comparison and basic contract administration
• Prepare reports and support management in tender-related matters

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
• Experience in tender or administrative work is an advantage
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Good attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
• Able to work independently and under pressure
• Preferably possess a valid driving license and own transportation
• Honest, responsible, and professional attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
