JOB PURPOSE

The Partner School Engagement Counsellor will be responsible for driving continuous growth and nurturing partnerships with Key School Accounts associated with UNITAR. The successful candidate will manage relationships with partner schools, drive new student enrolments, and coordinate events and activities that foster strong connections between UNITAR and its partner schools.

SKILLS & EDUCATION REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor’s degree in related field. Diploma/STPM /STPM holders will be considered.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in account management, business development, or a similar role.
• Experience in the education sector is a plus.
• Fresh Graduate welcome to join.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

Main Responsibilities

• Hold and manage Key Partner School Accounts under UNITAR to ensure continuous growth in new enrollments.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in partner schools, including school principals and school counselors.
• Build and maintain good relationships with Key Partner School Accounts.
• Regularly engage with school principals and school counselors to understand their needs and provide appropriate support.
• Manage and execute events and activities related to students and teachers in partner schools.
• Organize and oversee school talks, campaigns, exhibitions, and campus visits in collaboration with Key Partner School Accounts.
• Drive new student leads from Partner School Accounts.
• Implement strategies to increase student interest and enrollment from partner schools.
• Plan and execute various initiatives to promote UNITAR’s programs and offerings.
• Ensure the successful implementation of school talks, campaigns, exhibitions, and campus visits.
