Jawatan Kosong Planner Farm in Kerian

1. SCHEDULE PLANNING

i. Stocking Schedule

*Need to provide next month stocking schedule on FIRST OF THE MONTH

ii. Harvest Schedule

*Need to provide next week harvest schedule by every THURSDAY

iii. Construction Work Schedule

*Need to plan schedule for all construction work and make sure all run with smooth

*Follow-up with contractors on CONSTRUCTION STATUS

2. MATERIAL PLANNING

i. Construction Work

*Make sure all materials arrived before construction start run

*Arrange machine rental such as backhoe rental or lorry rental when work needed

ii. Pond Preparation

*OKA, PVC PIPE, AUTO FEEDER, SWITCH BOX, PADDLE WHEEL and etc. are in stock

*Early arrangement for wiring installation

3. FARM AUDIT

i. Arrange and plan for both production and office section to do audit preparation

ii. Do follow-up on the audit preparation status and make sure all done before the internal audit

iii. Do improvements for every CAR issued

4. ASSIST PRODUCTION

i. Conduct daily meeting (SHRIMP CONDITION, STOCKING PROGRESS, CONSTRUCTION PROGRESS)

ii. Monitoring production operation referring to the SOP (POND PRPARATION, STOCKING, HARVESTING, etc.)

iii. Provide date for all stocking preparation (CLEANING, PW ARRANGEMENT, WATER IN)

5. FORECAST & COSTING FOR NEW YEAR

i. Provide all forecast or costing request by HQ for new year
