Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a charismatic personality, and a passion for sales and marketing. This role requires someone who can excel in both traditional sales activities and modern social media marketing, including hosting live sessions on platforms like TikTok. This is a female-only position due to the nature of our products and the target audience.

The growth of this individual will depend on the work performances; this person may choose to specialize in just Marketing or just Sales in the future according to her drive and results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Engagement: Host live sessions on social media platforms, especially TikTok, to promote Hegira products, engage with our audience, and drive sales.
• Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to identify and pursue new sales opportunities, manage customer relationships, and ensure sales targets are met.
• Marketing Assistance: Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including content creation, social media management and get involved in campaign photoshoots with the rest of the Marketing team
• Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional customer service during live sessions and through various communication channels, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive brand image.
• Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and potential growth areas to inform sales and marketing strategies.
• Event Participation: Represent Hegira at trade shows, exhibitions, and other events to promote our brand and products.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, social media engagement, and marketing campaign effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Education: A degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience: Proven experience in sales, marketing, or social media management.
• Experience with live hosting on platforms like TikTok is a strong advantage.
