Jawatan Kosong Production Admin Assistant in Subang Bestari

Location: Subang Bestari, Seksyen U5
Salary : RM2,000 ke atas
Address: Jalan U5/12, Seksyen U5, 40150 Shah Alam, Selangor Darul Ehsan.

• Minimum SPM/STPM/Diploma in any discipline
• Minimum 2 years' working experience in manufacturing environment.
• Familiar with ERP, Inventory Systems, and Order Processing will be an added advantage.
• Able to start work immediately will be an added advantage.
• Assisting Operations related departments in the day-to-day administration work with key focus on data entry
• Assist in preparing/updating of daily/weekly/monthly production, quality & inventory reports.
• Proper filing of all Operations related reports (for all sections)
• Any other duties that may be assigned by the Supervisor.
• Works well in a team environment and able to work under challenging situations.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and at times independently.
