Jawatan Kosong On-site Operation Manager in Puncak Alam

Responsibilities:

• To manage all the on-site activities including daily site projects, team building, shift operations, labour costs, staff attendances, customer complaints, loss rate, operational safety, safety prevention work and etc.
• To improve processes, procedures and efficiency of on-site operations.
• To manage staff and foster a good relationship between staff and management team.
• To manage training of site reserve personnel and the construction of talent echelon.
• To perform other tasks as assigned by superior.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experiences in on-site operations management, especially from logistics/e-commerce field.
• Good in data analysis.
• Results driven.
• Able to work on Saturdays (half-day).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
