Job Description

Being Assistant to the Haulage Planner for ensuring the smooth flow of Haulage Operation.

Job Responsibilities

• Do administrative & paper works such as data input and documents preparation.
• Occasionally making & planning Schedule for arranging drivers to pick-up/returning ISO Containers from Ports/Depots.
• Need to communicate & deal with different parties such as customers, drivers, ports, depots and etc. to ensure the smoothness of the work flows.
• Executing any extra Ad Hoc duty assigned by the superior.

Requirements:

• Possess minimum Diploma / Degree in Administrative / Logistic/ Transportation or any related field.
• Minimum 1- 2 years of related working experiences in Haulage & Transportation industry will be given priority.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply too.
• Familiar and good at Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and etc).
• Good at communication skills (Malay & English).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
