Elaun: RM300/bulan

Tanggungjawab:

• Membantu mengendalikan pertanyaan pelanggan melalui telefon, e-mel, dan media sosial.
• Menyediakan sokongan pelanggan dengan pantas dan mesra.
• Membantu merekod dan mengurus aduan pelanggan.
• Membantu meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan melalui komunikasi yang berkesan.
• Menyokong pasukan Customer Service dalam tugasan harian.

Kelayakan:

• Pelajar Diploma/Degree dalam bidang Komunikasi, Pengurusan Perniagaan, Pemasaran atau bidang berkaitan.
• Mampu bekerja secara individu dan berkumpulan.
• Mahir menggunakan komputer dan aplikasi Microsoft Office.
