Our client is a well established Audit & Accounting Firm.

Responsibilities

Technical Training & Development

• Lead engaging internal training sessions on professional standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
• Develop and maintain tools, templates, and resources to enhance audit efficiency and quality.
• Serve as a technical expert, addressing complex queries related to auditing and assurance.

Audit Compliance

• Ensure compliance with the latest quality management policies and procedures.
• Monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of internal controls and audit engagements.
• Continuously refine audit methodologies to align with evolving regulatory standards.
• Simplify complex technical guidelines into clear, actionable insights for the team.
• Support ad-hoc projects related to process improvements and compliance initiatives.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Professional certification (e.g., MIA, ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, MICPA) is mandatory.
• >3 years of experience in Audit & Assurance in Audit or related Consulting industry.
• Good knowledge of auditing standards (MIA By-Laws), audit and accounting standards.
• Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
