Jawatan Kosong Admin Assistant Cum Graphic Designer in Damansara Responsibilities

Office Administration Support:

• Answer incoming telephone calls promptly and courteously.
• Assist agents with the preparation of letters, documents, and forms as requested.
• Manage company merchandise (T-shirts and lanyards), order and conducting stock counts.
• Undertake other ad-hoc duties as required.

Human Resource Support:

• Handle new agent registration procedures, including the preparation of name cards, banners, ID cards, and starter kits.
• Assist in coordinating agent award days, company incentive trips, team building events, BOP activities, and annual dinners
• Perform additional tasks and duties as assigned by management.

Design:

• Create visual designs using Adobe Illustrator and Canva, including name cards, ID cards, festival posters, recruitment posters, and monthly top producer posters.
• Assist in managing social media accounts by scheduling posts and ensuring content consistency.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administration, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 to 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustratorand Canva is highly desirable.
