Jawatan Kosong QUANTITY SURVEYOR / ASSISTANT QUANTITY SURVEYOR in Bukit Mertajam

Job location:

• Bukit Mertajam, Pulau Pinang,

Job Scope:

• Assist to prepare design calculations and technical drawings.
• Assist to prepare tender BQ and tender documentation, project costing and contract administration.
• Assist in calling quotation and tender coordination.
• Assist in taking-off quantities and cost planning.
• Check and verify claims from sub-contractors.
• Liaise with sub-contractors, client, consultant and project team.
• Follow-up with project team on progress of work done at site.
• Assist in operation matters on contractual issues and any other contracts administration duties related to QS.

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least SPM, Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying or equivalent. Preferably candidate with any Certificate related to QS.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin (able to converse in mandarin will be an added advantage)
• Preferably 1 to 2 years of working experience in related fields.
• Required Skill(s): Excellent in Microsoft Excel and communication.
• Able to work under pressure and independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
