Detailed Description

Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:

• Oversee the complete talent management process, including Direct Labour (DL) recruitment and selection. This encompasses job postings, pre-screening, arranging and conducting interviews, shortlisting candidates, hiring, confirming employment, salary adjustments, promotions, job transfers, and succession planning.
• Manage the full cycle of internship hiring, from posting advertisements and screening applications to coordinating interviews and facilitating the onboarding process for interns.
• Collaborate with recruitment agencies and government bodies for recruitment events, such as job fairs and campus recruitment drives.
• Prepare and analyze hiring and attrition reports at all organizational levels.
• Design, implement, and conduct comprehensive orientation and onboarding programs for all new joiners (employees and interns) to ensure a smooth and effective integration into the company culture and work environment.
• Analyze exit interview data and recommend improvements as needed.
• Stay informed about the PERKESO DAYA KERJAYA Program.
• Manage the entire employee transportation system, including monthly inspections, addressing transport-related employee complaints, optimizing routes, coordinating with transport providers, and ensuring cost-efficiency and safety.
• Represent the HR Department during audits and compliance reviews.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Knowledge/Skills/Competencies

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to work independently with a high level of commitment and responsibility.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive, enthusiastic attitude.
• Possession of a personal vehicle and willingness to travel.
