Jawatan Kosong IT Officer in Sibu

Job Descriptions

• Have a basic understanding on Relational Database Management System (RDBMS) and SQL query, as well as to poses good knowledge in Microsoft Office by performing the hardware and software installation.
• Assist Information Technologist in implement on IT projects.
• Maintain and update IT operation related checklist and documentations.
• Able to maintain and service IT related equipment, as well as to respond helpdesk tasks based on the service level agreement.
• Able to cooperate with internal team and other departments by resolving the higher-level issues towards user requisition.
• To accomplish the assigned tasks within the deadlines given by superior.

Job Requirements

• Possess good communication skill in understanding user requirement and support activities.
• Possess responsible, responsive, networking, and Microsoft office skills.
• Possess teamwork, time management, analysing and observation skills.
• Seek for candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin speaking clients.
• Computer literacy such as Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.

Academy Requirements

• Degree or Diploma or Professional certification in IT discipline.
• 3 years working experience in the same or related field.
• Fresh Graduates with minimum CGPA 3.70 are encouraged to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
