Role & Responsibilities :
1. Shall be responsible for all QS and contractual matters related to construction contract including but not limited to payment certificates, claims, etc.
2. Prepare taking off/remeasurement, budget control, additional works quotation, update costing, and finalisation of accounts.
3. Monitor on project quality and quantity, making proper recommendation, follow-up and taking the necessary action with project specification, requirements and drawings.
Qualification & Requirement :
1. Possess Diploma in Quantity Surveying.
2. Registered with BEM as Inspector of Works.
3. Minimum 5 years site experience with at least 2 years’ experience in supervision of roadwork.
