About the role

As an E-Commerce Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing brand presence. You will be responsible for driving sales, improving visibility, and ensuring a seamless customer experience on the website. This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and hands-on operational management.

Responsibilities:

• Website management - manage catalog including images and description, prices and day to day operations of the website

• Sales and Performance - plan pricing, promotions, data analysis, maximize revenue
• Inventory and Order Management - manage inventory for website, fulfilment time and rate

• Relationship management - Coordinate with Customer service, Logistics, Marketing team and Buying team for optimum results

• Customer experience - manage customer ratings, reviews, build customer loyalty, and customer returns

About the requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Retail or E-Commerce related fields
• 2 - 5 years of experience with E-Commerce website preferably fashion brands
• Knowledge of Magento is a must. Vinculum/Vin lister would be an advantage and any Content Management tool would be an asset

• Familiarity with SEO, Digital marketing a plus
• Good with numbers, Excel and data analytics
• High English proficiency and Chinese language knowledge is a must
