Job Responsibilities:

• Provide strong leadership and direction to the workforce
• Human resource management to achieve monthly KPIs
• Conduct regular meetings to ensure instructions are clear and any issues are resolved
• Highlight and tackle areas of weakness
• Travel to the fields regularly to identify and resolve localised issues
• Provide regular status updates

Job Requirement:

• Minimum of 5 years working experience in running an oil palm plantation and is familiar with field operational management
• A proactive and detail oriented leader, with strong analytical, problem solving and interpersonal skills
• Able to effectively communicate with and motivate staff
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
