Jawatan Kosong Marketing Manager in Melaka

Gadek Nursery, based in Melaka and Cheras, is a nursery that offers a variety of high-quality trees, including ornamental, flowering, and fruit trees. We also provide planting advice to customers and plant enthusiasts. We are currently looking for an efficient, fit MARKETING MANAGER (fertilizer) to join our team.

The Marketing Manager (fertilizer) roles, including:

Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

• Plan monthly, seasonal & annual marketing campaigns (e.g. planting season, festive, boycott-based themes).
• Set campaign objectives: brand awareness, sales conversion, or repeat purchases.
• Conduct SWOT analysis for brand and competitors.
• Oversee daily content planning for social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
• Craft engaging ad captions & brand narratives.
• Collaborate with marketing team.
• Manage digital ads (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram) and e-commerce strategies (Shopee, TikTok Shop).
• Build audiences, execute retargeting strategies & run A/B testing to boost performance.
• Prepare monthly ad performance reports & suggest improvements.
• Ensure all visuals follow Mr. Gadek’s brand guidelines (packaging, posters, uniforms, signage).
• Plan and coordinate on-ground marketing events (expos, farmers' markets, nursery open days).
• Build partnerships with agro/agriculture influencers & sales agents.
• Generate monthly performance reports: reach, engagement, conversion funnel & ROI.
• Track key KPIs: sales growth, follower increase, returning customers.
• Review past campaigns and optimize for better results.
• Provide clear briefs to content creators & digital marketer.
• Ensure timely execution of all campaigns with high quality.
• Able to work independently and manage tasks without close supervision.

Requirements:

• Candidates need to pursue at least a Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Media or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in content creation, social media management or digital marketing.
• Experience in creating content for social media platform (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and websites.
• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability error-free content.
• Proficient in photo and video editing tools (e.g., Capcut, Adobe Photoshop, Canva).
• Strong visual storytelling skills and an eye for detail in content presentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Energetic and have bubbly personalities. (easygoing)
• Ability to collaborate effectively with team members, including marketing, design and sales team.
• Patience and willing to learn.
