Jawatan Kosong HR CLERK in Kuantan

Duties & Responsibilities:-

1. Responsible for monthly payroll processing and to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.

2. Administer employee daily attendance, OT, medical claim and back-pay.

3. Upkeep personnel files, leave records and staff movement listing from time to time.

4. Prepare and ensure timely submission of EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Income Tax to relevant parties.

5. Responsible in office cleaner duties arrangement

6. Upkeep of pantry, office equipment and facilities

7. Control of office access cards, pantry and stationery stocks

8. To prepare the necessary documents for auditing purposes.

9. Undertake any other ad-hoc projects or duties as and when required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month

Work Location: In person
