Asset Management Executive [Based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor]

Job Summary

An Asset Management Executive oversees and optimizes the performance of an organization's investment portfolio. Responsibilities include developing investment strategies, analyzing market trends, managing assets to achieve financial goals, and ensuring compliance with regulations. They work closely with clients and stakeholders to provide strategic advice, monitor portfolio performance, and adjust investment plans as needed to maximize returns and mitigate risks.

You will be reporting to the Manager for this position.

KEY Role & Responsibilities

• Conduct regimented calls to debtors with delinquent accounts exceeding 61 days, focusing on multi-tier products to meet departmental KPIs.
• Execute repossession activities promptly and support vehicle redemption processes.
• Initiate site visits and searches to locate uncontactable hirers.
• Analyze data from IT systems to assess delinquency trends and evaluate credit risk.
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superiors or managers.

Job Requirements

• Minimum diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional qualification.
• 1-2 years of experience in collections preferred; fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work assigned shift hours and flexible to accommodate potential weekend assignments.
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word, with experience in data mining IT systems.

Work Arrangements & Schedule

• Company Standard Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
