Job Summary

Coordinate wide variety of challenging strategic/tactical technical and management projects/assignments in the Business Unit (BU)

General Responsibilities

• Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditure against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources
• Understand and experience end-to-end functional operations of assigned business unit
• Working on multiple short/long-term functional assignments to gain breadth of product knowledge and services offered by the company
• Internalise operational procedures of assigned functions and propose continous improvement, where applicable
• Assist in department's administrative coordination with internal/external stakeholders
• Project manage and coordinate special assignments delegated by superior/mentor
• Develop key relationships with customers, clients and internal stakeholders with guidance from business leaders

Functional Skills and Knowledge

• Demonstrate basic analytical skills and attention to detail
• Demonstrate basic experience in analyzing data and understanding business implications
• Ability to produce graphic representations of analytical data for presentations
• Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Demonstrate fluency in local language and ideally in English, both written and spoken

Education

Bachelor’s degree in related discipline based on the function's requirements
